Hi Ho, Hi Ho, It's IBOTYA time you know.
And what a BIG week in blogging it has been - both on and off the blog.
The minions (aka The joebloggsblog Allstars) have been working overtime* this week tallying up the votes quicker than you can post a This is how you should blog whiny thread on Orble.
{* Thanks to the new IR laws I don't have to pay them overtime even at this time of year. So like a prostitute at a rodeo I get more bang for my buck! }
But those loveable minions ain't the only ones who've been pulling the double shifts.
Ohhhhhh no, no, no.
You can't make an omlette without the eggs and here are this weeks eggs............

International Blogstopper Of The Year Award
(aka the IBOTYAS for those who came in late).
Honourable mentions:
* Brendan Fevola
* Brendan Fevola's soon to be ex-Father-Inlaw
* Anthony Mundine - it's tough in the ring but tougher still to hang shite on your opponent at the prematch press conference when the crown you are wearing keeps slipping off your head!
...and of course the great
* Katie Fischer - who gave us this gem:
"When I started out things were a bit more old school, no-one was doing anything 'naughty'. I WAS THE FIRST TO SHOW A BIT OF CLEAVAGE AND BE A BIT FLIRTACIOUS, but it wasn't nasty, yucky pornographic stuff. I know a lot of men my age who have said pornography has ruined their sex lives."

But the winners are....................
1 VOTE - ALEXANDER DOWNER
The deputy had a relatively quiet week this week.
That was until the he announced he was putting together his own boy band, The Backbench Boys and releasing his own Christmas record.
2 VOTES - THE CARLTON FOOTBALL CLUB
A continual source of amusement these days.
Here's the short version:
* Despotic and corrupt President sends once rich and powerful club broke.
* Despotic and corrupt President poaches overpaid and over-rated Premiership coach from poorer club.
* Despotic and corrupt President finally overthrown but club is broke, caught cheating and now BEGGING for handouts off AFL whilst winning 3 wooden spoons in 4 years (very funny that!)
* Overpaid and over-rated coach gets contract extension!
* Second 'new' President tries to sack coach but can't afford to pay him out.
* Coach remains but so does his replacement and the people who tried to sack him.
* Coach admits publicly to being over-ruled on recruiting.
* Coach denies publicly being over-ruled on recruiting.
* Meanwhile star forward and Captain wannabe, Brendan Fevola, struts his stuff.
But here's the clincher.........
* Son of former President who got them into this mess to begin with announces he may run for President at the Blues next election!!!!!!
All too funny quite frankly. Turns out what goes around DOES come around.
But this week's star performer is.......
3 VOTES - NATASHA LYONNE
The 27 year old B-grade schnuppet from such fillums as American Pie, Blade and Scary Movie 2 who,
for some unknown reason,
ended up in a New York court
for threatening to molest her next door neighbours dog!
We don't know why.
We don't care why.
We just feel sorry that, having got his hopes up, the dog missed out.
