"WAKE ME UP BEFORE YOU GO-GO"
November 27th 2006 11:32
Were they the last words of former teen hearthrob and George Michael appendage Andrew Ridgeley before they locked him up and threw away the key?
Ridgeley, better known as the shit half of all conquering 80's pop duo Wham! had long been thought dead but as this shocking photograph reveals the former pop prince could actually be alive and well and living off taxpayer's money in the United States military's most famous prison - Guantanamo Bay!
If the careless whispers coming from Camp X-ray are true Ridgeley has been lapping up the sunshine in what many call a five star resort.
WHAM! WENT THE CELL DOOR
Mega-star and hand-shaker extraordinaire George Michael agreed, "Andy always seemed a bit sus to me to be quite honest. He was always snooping around and wanting to know what I was doing in the toilet. When he sang I ain't planning on going solo I never believed him."
Were George's suspisions right?
joebloggsblog.net think they were.
Many music insiders are now questioning the meaning of the duo's hit song Young Guns (Go For It) . Was it really just another harmless example of bubblegum pop or an evil terrorist's call to arms?
Says George, "Andy always denied the song had a sinister meaning when I asked him. But looking back now he was always keen on touring the Middle East. Of course I refused to tour there. That desert and my hair - no thanks."
Maybe the biggest clue lies in the lyrics of one of their biggest hits:
I'm never gonna dance again
Guilty feet have got no rhythm
Was Ridgeley predicting his own future?
Judging by the shackles around his "guilty feet" joebloggsblog.net believes he was.
